
The research project includes the development of both qualitative and quantitative definitions of the experience economy, a systematic mapping of the Danish creative industries, an exploration of barriers to growth as well as future potentials, and the development of new managerial practices in the creative industries:


Quantitative and qualitative definitions of the term experience economy.
Mapping of a number of creative industries and analysis of the synergies between these industries. The mappings will outline future potentials as well as barriers to growth in some of the important creative industries in the Danish experience economy.

Development of management methods and policy recommendations for the creative industries.

At the same time, one aim of the project is to liaise closely with those working in creative industries and to disseminate the research results to practitioners, as well as to policy makers and an international academic environment. The advisory board with key representatives of the creative industries functions as a forum for knowledge sharing.

Consequently, to a large extent the results will be presented through workshops, interviews, seminars, reports, conferences, at this website and in the media.
